When you are interesting and fun people to be with everyone, regardless of age wants and enjoys being with you. Take time for others. A healthy attitude is wildly contagious.
In this technology-driven world we live in communication is so easy. Yes, it does change and takes some keeping up, but make the effort. Through it, you can stay connected with all of your friends and family as well as research. However, on that note, work to choose 1-2 hours maximum on the computer and do not let technology run your life. It is there to augment. Communication is still best-done face to face.
Love is patient, love is kind. Age can be patient and can be kind. The great thing about age and being considered senior or older is that the button keeps getting pushed back further and further. Sixty is now considered middle age.
Staying active mentally, emotionally and physically helps keeps you fit and does not allow age to catch up with you.
Same with appearance. While one at all ages should dress according to some age guidelines. Clean classic lines are always in. Taste is always good.
Above all stay in control. Don’t let your age and the number of candles on your birthday cake define who you are and provide you with reasons for not doing, rather look at it as a time to take charge and make a difference.
